Return Policy
🔧 Manufacturing Defects / Damaged Item Policy:
If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace any damaged item free of charge.
⚠️ Note: Damage reported after 3 days will be considered user-caused and will not be covered.
💸 Returns & Refunds (Within 30 Days):
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return the product within 30 days, but return shipping costs are your responsibility (except for personalized items, see below).
Packages returned to the sender’s address without prior contact with our support team will not be eligible for a refund. The return address is not the same as the sender's address.
📦 Once we receive the item, your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time: 2–7 business days.

🚫 Personalized Orders:
Personalized items, including those with name engravings or custom requests, cannot be returned due to their customized nature.
If a personalized item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for a solution.
We are committed to your satisfaction with all custom-made products.
⏳ Delays and Shipping Times:
In the event of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. COVID-19, natural disasters), orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order has left our warehouse, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to receive it and then proceed with a return request.
📅 If the package is lost or undelivered after 30 days, we will issue a refund.
❌ Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase to receive a full refund.
After 1 hour, the order may already be in processing or shipping and will no longer be cancellable or refundable.
📦 Missing Package (In Transit):
If your package is delayed or missing for more than 5 weeks, contact us for a quick replacement.
We prioritize resolving these situations as quickly as possible. 🙌
🛑 Lost or Stolen Packages:
Nuvia Gold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
🚚 If tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven’t received it, we recommend contacting the courier and filing a police report if necessary.
