Shipping Costs
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide.

⏱ Processing Times
Standard items are shipped within 1–2 business days.
For personalized items, please allow an additional 3 to 8 business days for production and quality control.

Most of our orders include personalization, which may slightly extend the overall processing time.

Australia: 8 to 20 business days
United Kingdom: 5 to 9 business days
Canada: 8 to 15 business days
Europe: 6 to 15 business days
Rest of the world: 5 to 25 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or seasonal volume. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of unexpected delays.

📌 Important Terms

Delivery delays do not qualify for a refund unless the package is officially declared lost by the courier.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Tracking codes will be provided after shipping and may take 1–2 days to become active.
Customers are responsible for any customs procedures or duties related to their shipment. Refunds are not issued for undelivered packages due to issues beyond Nuvia Gold’s control.

If your package is missing or delayed for more than 30 days, please contact us at info@nuviagold.it.
In case of loss or theft, we recommend contacting the courier first and then filing a report with local authorities. If you still need help, we’re here for you.

📜 Additional Policies

Customs duties are rare but may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.
If a package is damaged, you must contact us within 30 days and provide a photo to request a refund or replacement.
Returns are eligible for store credit on sale items and full refunds on full-price items. Personalized products are not returnable.
Do not return items to the sender’s address without authorization, as it is not our return center.
